Older version was better

I liked the previous version before the upgrade to the current one this past week. With the older version, you were able to see privately if someone was online from a message you shared with them. That feature was now removed. Instead to see someone online, you have to visit their profile, which reports to them you checked them out again. From a users perspective, this is a bad change.
