The “swipe to like/dislike” section is not really intuitive when trying to view additional pics. Takes too many clicks and reaches across the screen.
Doing away with “who’s viewed your profile” was a terrible decision. Like another review mentioned, it was a great way to meet people whom you potentially might not have ever come across. That knowledge of someone viewing your profile may help embolden some to send a message and spark something whereas before, timidness may have interfered.
OkCupid feels a lot more hollow than it used to be.
My recommendations: Make it more intuitive with better UX design, ease up on the swipe culture initiative, add back in the feature mentioned above and stay focused on personality-based matching rather than looks.
