Features and interface vary frustratingly across platforms. I found the app to be limiting enough that I frequently switched to the website. Even there, however, users will find the rug being pulled out from under them with some regularity.

Search settings are difficult to adjust on the app. Photo-viewing is flaky. Navigation is unpredictable.

Customer service is brusque and uncomprehending.
