No matter what you read, how many questions you answer, female or male, or whatever you believe....the actual truth is: okC breeds and fosters catfish aka false bios, pictures, expectations, and hopes.... Save the whales as well as your time, and search for actual dates/ppl elsewhere

Problem is hardly anyone messages anyone else. Kinda like going to a 6th grade dance. No one gets off the wall. Yet I have dated 2 women off this site and it was cool. Just dont be surprised if no one texts you guys. Youll have to text them. Some things never change :-)

Why did you take the ability to filter by Diet away??? For some of us this is very important!!!

Is my 3rd time on OKCupid. On this time I only know on chat 2 "supposed nice guys" about the criteria & search. I pay membership: the worst investment. Nobody see youre profile or criteria only your pics. Im a lawyer: I received for nothing more than 15 insults per day of guy that I blocked & the app not do it. The vocabulary is profane, the questions: so stupid, is based on sex not for dating. Including here: Guys use this app for prostitution! Is a trashy app without a good service & not worth the A-list extra cost.

The latest update runs slower and has a hard time loading matches. They also removed the "diet" and "join date" filters which were incredibly helpful to not have to sift through people that are not vegan and vegetarian or profiles youve already seen.

This has surely been an interesting study in sociology. If you ever do the online thing, Id recommend OK Cupid. Everything they do is research based. And their algorithms work wondrously. Ive got a date with an absolutely fascinating man tomorrow for coffee.

I came to Okcupid from POF thinking and hoping it would be better, its more user friendly but women here are really snobby and stuck up, Ive had more luck on POF

I get messages from what appears to be out of state prostitutes. Also love the whole "someone likes you" feature. Cant see who it is u less you pay for it. Im not a fool. Odds are once you pay, either the person is not real, is out of state or all of a sudden you have no likes. I just wish someone could make an app hat doesnt require you to login with Facebook or charge. I swear that Facebook credentials will someday take the place of SSNs.

The ads are out of control when youre messaging. I had one that stopped my music even though the phone was on silent. Not cool.

Ive looked at a few different dating sites, and theres a reason I landed on this one. The service as a whole is great, but the mobile app is the best Ive seen. Going to stick with this for a while!

There are the creepy ones but most at least Ive encountered were very nice guys . Not sure about the percentage yet because there are some who I have noticing in common and they show as potential ,
