This is the only dating app you need.

Not a lot of people on here for Canada, or at least not many who match with me. Its a better app than it was a few years ago. Great if you want a safe space and to choose whatever gender you like ?

Now when I start the app I either get the infinitely spinning compass or just a white screen with the word "Retry" on it. In the latter case tapping has no effect. The same functionality could be produced with a much smaller app.

Deleting and re downloading fixed issue.

This app is way better than most dating apps. At least it matches you with people who actually share intrest.

Now fewer users in my area, as well as rather restrictive options and the whole have to pay to see who likes you thing is a scam. Still much better then uptight POF though.

It is garbage completely it is a scam and fraud, they are pushing you to buy several kind of subscription, for better results at the end you will get no result at all and your money is gone, sometime you will get answer back from some of your matchs , but it is a scam as well ,because people that respond back to you are people that works at okCupid developer And they are a scammers and Thief I spend a lot of money and my time wasted ,and I got nothing out of it It is a scam dont waste your time there , the government should control this kind of dating websites They are selling you 100% pictures of ladies there all fake profiles, I am done..

OKCupid is the kind of app where people think about what they say and how they present themselves because it is very much a place where people chat for a bit about shared interests and experiences to get to know eachother before meeting up. The app is simple, and fun it mixes common elements of other faring sites without losing touch with the user.

Love it. Great functionality and design. Smart algorithm. Some of the questions are leading or socially outmoded, but overall helpful. Currently (May 5/17) doesnt recognize wifi, wont load. Tried deleting app & reloading; wont sign back in.

Better concept than the other app.

Played on OkC a few times over the years. Simple, easy and best features for using the free version. Met and dated (one-long term) several high quality women. Take advantage of the questions and stick to high percentage matches. Bonus points for being able to manually set location (I travel a lot and its great to be able to chat with girls from my hometown and set up dates for when I come back). One point off for there only being substantial matches in big cities >100,000pop and next to none in anything smaller (in my area of the country)

Whenever I try reloading the app I get the "we had trouble connecting to OkCupid, please try again later" and if it does open its unbearably slow. Do not update

Fairly user friendly overall. Easy to see pictures.

OKC is designed to keep you engaged for as long as possible without producing any results. Unlike other social tools that focus on creating trust amongst their users, OKC provides every tool for people to discriminate. The sense of community is lost. I miss the early days of OKC before Match.com acquired them.

currently the app I pulling up profiles waaaaay outside my selected geographic area. I think the last update broke something.

I managed to get a date, I will update this review based on how the date went.
