Why did you remove visitors section ???

Please bring visitors section again. Thx Gus .

shitty tinder.

okc was once great, but in recent time all the good features were removed and the app was tinderized till the point where its now pretty much a bad tinder knockoff, trying to coerce people into buying expensive "features".

Not excited about this new version..

All of a sudden, you can no longer see who visits your profile.. and since you can only see who likes you once you have a paid membership, okc seems more like a rip off than anything else. Really liked it before..

This version broke the app.

Bring back the previous version. The latest update wrecked this app. What happened to "visitors"? Being able to see who visited you was about the only redeeming feature of this app and now its gone.

Viewed me

What happened to viewed me ???

No visitors

Deleted my account after they got rid of visitors. No way for me to know who was interested in me since Im not paying them $$ for A list or whatever, so there was no point in keeping it around.

Why has the viewed me option disappeared?

Why has the viewed me tab been taken away? Please bring it back. Not only does it create connections but it helps keep you safe. Please reconsider this poor decision to remove it! It made ok Cupid a little better than the rest.

New update is lame!

I have been paying a low fee every month to be able to choose who I "reveal my visit to" and that option is now gone??!!! What is the point to paying then??! Also, getting rid of the "whos viewed you" and "who Ive viewed " lists was a bad choice. Horrible upgrade.

Lacking features

Why would you get rid of the option to see whos profile youve viewed or who looked at yours? Thats a total step backwards. This definitely makes me want to delete the app now because its pretty useless without that feature.

Deteriorating

The “swipe to like/dislike” section is not really intuitive when trying to view additional pics. Takes too many clicks and reaches across the screen. Doing away with “who’s viewed your profile” was a terrible decision. Like another review mentioned, it was a great way to meet people whom you potentially might not have ever come across. That knowledge of someone viewing your profile may help embolden some to send a message and spark something whereas before, timidness may have interfered. OkCupid feels a lot more hollow than it used to be. My recommendations: Make it more intuitive with better UX design, ease up on the swipe culture initiative, add back in the feature mentioned above and stay focused on personality-based matching rather than looks.

Not what it used to be...

I have found many of the features removed were very helpful and I would say... Many used. Some just removed such as "who visited" and such and I used every time I was on. I think what was originally on the site.. Was all good. Not sure why many of the options have disappeared and I know myself... I dont get on near as often. Wish things werent in constant motion and changing and if the individuals using the site itself were the ones that were polled I think the site would take a different approach.

Ok.

Another run of the mill dating app. Nothing lacking or spectacular. (Update 8-9-17) The developers have taken away the ability to connect by eliminating he "who viewed me" function. Sad. The only actual feature on this app that helps with connecting has now been removed at the gist of making money by forcing you to pay to see who you match with. This app has become trite and mediocre and is starting to toil in obscurity to apps like Bumble and Plenty of Fish... and even Tinder...

Progression

OkC has come a long way since I was last on it even a year ago! I love how there are expanded options for describing your gender and sexual preference, and that you can choose not to be viewed by straight people if you wish. Not that I have anything against straight people, but if youre on here looking for a gay partner and straight people keep popping up in your connections it unnecessarily fluffs up your options, which can become frustrating. I think it would be very beneficial to give couples who are looking for threesomes their own category to select when they create their profile (or want to edit later) and filter their connections. That way, their matches show people who have selected they are interested in participating in threesomes as well. Heres why I bring this up; I am listed as a bisexual woman on my profile, and I am looking for a long term relationship. As a result, Ive been hit up by couples on multiple occasions for a threesome to the point where I had to tell couples not to message me on their profile. I have seen other bi women write a similar message on their profiles. I get that theres no way for them to know whether someones into threesomes or not (unless they directly say that on their profile, of which I have seen one or two). I wonder if giving couples an option to discover people who disclose that one thing theyre open to will create a much smoother and more successful experience with OkC!

Going downhill fast

I would rate 0 stars if i could. Over the past few updates many features have been removed. I think this is a way to force people to subscribe to the elite member status. Recently the option to see who has viewed you is gone. This used to be a good free app, not anymore.

Best site for free

I have tried a few of the leading online dating sites and definitely prefer OKC to all the others. I have met several fun and interesting people on this site. Well there are a few fakes most people on OKC are real.

Ruined it overnight

Removing visited you and calling it getting invisible browsing for free is an amusing way to put it. You want people to pay for seeing their likes and didnt like how I would see one new person has liked you.. and then one person has visited me.. and put 2 and 2 together. Dont mask your attempts at trying to get more people to pay by removing features and pretending we got something like invisible browsing for free... did I say I wanted invisible browsing? No.. no I didnt

Bad update

The removal of who visited your page is major loss of functionality. This makes no sense. Also the "comment on a picture" button is in a terrible location on the mobile app. I co Stanton hit it by accident. You have really downgraded your UX functionality.

Removed features with no notice ?

Removed features with no notice ? Like who visited you

Bring back who viewed you

Taking away the views feature is really dumb. I dont want to use the app without that feature.

Meh

With the activity wall and visitors, OKC used to be the most complete free dating app. Now its more of the same.
